After being thoroughly washed, the lemons are soaked in salt for a period, resulting in a brownish-yellow color with a balanced sour and salty taste that appeals to many people. Pickled Lemon are rich in vitamin C, B6, B1, and essential minerals for the body such as calcium and potassium. The product can be diluted to make refreshing drinks or used to treat common ailments such as bloating, indigestion, sore throat, cough, and weight loss.
Pickled Lemon is packed in airtight glass jars, without the use of harmful preservatives.
